Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and related issues are handled when you purchase from Averlynn (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1) Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including accessories and inserts (if any)
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email)

Items returned outside the return window, or items that show signs of use, may not be eligible for a refund.


2) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale / clearance items (where clearly marked)
  • Customized or made-to-order items (where applicable and clearly stated)

If an item is non-returnable, this will be indicated on the product page or at checkout.


3) How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at service@averlynn.com within the return window and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you would like to return
  • The reason for the return (optional, but helpful)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without prior approval, as unsolicited returns may not be processed.


4) Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs or provide an appropriate resolution.

For all other returns (such as ordering the wrong item, preference changes, or sizing/fit issues where applicable), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


5) Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after inspection and approval
  • Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–15 business days to post the refund

6) Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is the result of our error (e.g., incorrect, damaged, or defective item).


7) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@averlynn.com.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

We will review the information provided and arrange a replacement, reshipment, or refund as appropriate.


8) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item in accordance with this policy.


9) Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet shipped or been processed. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled according to this Return & Refund Policy after delivery.


10) Refund Timing & Limitations

Refunds apply to the item price only and do not include:

  • Original shipping fees (unless due to our error)
  • Return shipping costs (unless covered by us)

Refunds will not be issued for items returned outside the stated return window or items that do not meet the return eligibility conditions.
