Orders

1) How do I place an order?

Select the desired product, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide shipping information and complete payment before the order is submitted. After payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

2) Can I change or cancel my order?

Order changes or cancellations may be possible only before the order enters processing. To request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

3) Do I need an account to place an order?

No account is required. You may complete checkout as a guest.


Payments

4) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through secure third-party payment providers. Available payment methods may include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and digital wallet options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay (when available at checkout).

5) When will my payment be charged?

Payment is charged at the time the order is placed. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully authorized and completed.

6) Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payment transactions are encrypted and handled by secure payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

7) Do you charge sales tax?

Where required by law, applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.


Shipping

8) Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

9) How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

10) How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically delivered within 6–12 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations or other factors beyond our control.

11) How much is shipping?

Orders of $59.99 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below this amount are subject to a flat shipping fee of $9.99 USD. Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you complete payment.

12) How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package. You may also visit our Track Order page.


Returns & Refunds

13) What is your return policy?

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Some items (such as final sale items, gift cards, or customized products where clearly stated) may not be eligible for return.

14) How do I request a return?

Please email service@averlynn.com within the return window with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. After review, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without prior approval.

15) When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 3 business days after inspection and approval. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5–15 business days for the refund to appear.

16) What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the information and provide an appropriate resolution.
